2. General Return Conditions
You may request a return or exchange within 35 days of the delivery date, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused, and undamaged condition.
- Ceramic Cups: Cups must show no signs of wear, washing, cracking, chips, or staining.
- Original State: Items showing any evidence of use or damage will unfortunately not be approved for a refund or exchange.
All returns and exchanges must be authorized by our customer care team before shipment. Packages sent back without prior authorization may be rejected or significantly delay your refund/exchange.
3. Starting Your Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@virelinne.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return/exchange.
- Authorization: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and, if approved, will provide you with a digital, prepaid return shipping label.
- Shipment: Download, print the label, and affix it to your package. Drop the package off at the designated carrier location.
4. Exchanges
Virelinne happily supports exchanges if you prefer to replace your item rather than request a refund.
- Exchanges are subject to the same 35-day timeframe and unused condition requirements.
- Upon reviewing your request, our team will confirm the availability of the desired replacement product and guide you through the process of shipping your original item back.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your ceramic cup arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) at info@virelinne.com.
- We will ask for photographic evidence of the damage.
- Once confirmed, we will arrange for a free return or replacement at no extra cost to you.
6. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected to confirm it meets the unused condition requirements, we will process your refund.
- Timeline: Refunds are typically issued within 14 days from the date we receive the returned package.
- Payment Method: The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
- Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund has been successfully completed.
Currency Considerations
All refunds are processed by Virelinne in EUR. If your original payment was made using a different currency, your bank or payment provider will handle the currency conversion.
- Exchange Rates: Variations in the exchange rate between the date of purchase and the date of refund may affect the final amount you receive.
- Bank Fees: Virelinne does not charge conversion fees and cannot refund bank-imposed transaction fees or differences resulting from currency fluctuation. These are solely controlled by your financial institution.
