2. Order Processing and Cut-Off Time

  • Processing Schedule: Orders are processed and dispatched exclusively on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Netherlands public holidays).
  • Cut-Off Time: The daily order cut-off time is 19:00 (7:00 PM) GMT+1.
  • Processing Start:
    • Orders placed before the cut-off time will begin processing on the same business day.
    • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

3. Handling and Transit Timeframes

The total time until you receive your order is comprised of Handling Time plus Transit Time:

Handling Time (1 – 2 Business Days)

This is the time required for our team to verify the order, perform quality checks, and securely package your ceramic cups for safe transit. This process takes 1 to 2 business days.

Transit Time (3 – 10 Business Days)

This is the time it takes for our logistics partners to deliver the package from our dispatch location to your address. This transit time is estimated at 3 to 10 business days. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday.

Total Estimated Delivery: Orders generally arrive within 4 to 12 business days from the date the order was placed.

4. Shipping Cost and Currency

Shipping Cost

All orders shipped within the Netherlands qualify for free standard shipping, regardless of order size or destination. There are no additional delivery charges or hidden shipment fees.

Currency and Payment Notes

All pricing and shipping processes operate in EUR. If your payment is completed in a different currency, please be aware that your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rate conversions or additional transaction fees. These charges are determined solely by your financial institution and remain beyond the control of Virelinne.
